Begin the "Three-Minute Trinity Prayer" by placing yourself in God's presence, adoring Father, Son, and Holy Spirit with the Sign of the Cross and the Glory to the Father.
Then turn to Jesus and consider your most serious failing in the past twenty-four hours. Ask Jesus to forgive you.
In the second minute, think about the greatest blessing you've received in the past twenty-four hours, and thank God the Father for that blessing.
In the third, look ahead to the greatest challenge that faces you in the next twentyfour hours, and ask the Holy Spirit to be your helper and guide as you accept that challenge.
This prayer includes adoration, contrition, thanksgiving, and supplication (ACTS). It can strengthen our relationship with Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, helping us realize that each of us is "the temple of the living God" (2 Corinthians 6:16).
