T. J. and Susie Gatian were sponsors for Selena Lopes who was baptised Sunday by Fr. Ralph Thomas. Selena is from Guatemala and is relocating in Akro. She has just enrolled at Garfield High School. Susie and Selena cut the cake for the reception in the Paris Acivity Center. Also in the photo is Selena’s father Oscar from Guatemala and Sister Caterine Walsh of the Sisters of Charity who works with the Hispanic community at the Catholic Workers Home on Princeton Street
