How beautiful the wreath looked. It has been years since St. Paul's has had a wreath in the santuary. Not sure who to thank for it but thank you for getting the wreath back. It actually felt like a new year in the church and Advent.
I like the Advent wreath too. But I prefer the traditional purple and pink candles. I guess you can have ribbons but it seems we can never just keep things traditional.
It's a rose candle for Gaudate Sunday.
Fvery church I have ever been in has had pink. Can we get it straight.
This article should help explain a little about the color's of the candles. http://www.ewtn.com/devotionals/advent/wreath.htm
