The Holy Name Society of Nativity of the Lord Jesus Parish has organized an excursion to St. Anthony's Chapel; the location of the largest public collection of relics of Saints in the world. St. Anthony's Chapel is located on Troy Hill, which overlooks the Allegheny River on Pittsburgh's North Side. This Shrine, dedicated to "The Wonder Worker" -- Saint Anthony of Padua, houses more than 5,000 relics and has been designated a Historical Landmark by the Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation. The trip will be Sunday, November 13, leaving at 10 a.m. Cost: $15.00 per person (this includes transportation by bus and gratuities). The Holy Name Society will provide bottles of water and snacks for the trip. Ther will be al stop for lunch on the way; however, the cost of lunch will be your responsibility.
