The Most Rev. Bishop Roger W. Gries gets up close and personal with candidates for Confirmation. Before confirming 24 students at Mass on Saturday evening, he met to quiz them in the Parish Activity Center and discussed the meaning of the Sacrament
and what they were about to experience. He spoke to the students again after delivering his homily, mentioning the changes being introduced when the new liturgical year begins the first Sunday of Advent. The bishop also joined the Confirmation celebration after Mass in the Parish Activity Center and posed with them for pictures.
