I was under the premise that the school already had an endowment or trust fund that was used every year. Is this scholarshi fund different? So will St. Paul's have two funds plus Catholic Edu envelopes that they are going to be required to participate in every year? When will it stop? I would think the orignal endowment should have been okay. Why a new one? What will happen with the money from the old one? Enquiring minds would like to know!
