Offering of Letters campaign set for November 5-6

The weekend of November 5 and 6, we at St. Paul will join churches throughout the country in the Bread for the World's Offering of Letters 2011. This year will be the third that our parish has participated in this event and your signature and voice are needed to make this yet another successful campaign. The Offering of Letters campaign will take place in the Parish Activity Center after all Masses next weekend. These letters urge our members of Congress to provide a "Circle of Protection" around the programs that provide assistance to our country's most vulnerable
citizens. These food and health programs comprise just 1% of the national budget yet can mean the difference between survival or not to those in need. Please allow for a few minutes after Mass that weekend to take part in the crucial campaign
