Ann Amedeo celebrates 90th birthday

Antoniette "Ann " Amedeo celebrated her 90th birhtday with her family and friends at the 11 a.m. Mass on Sunday. Ann has been a member of St Paul Parish for more than 40 years, transferring from St John The Baptist Church. With her at the Mass were her three children and eight grandchildren and nine great grand children.

There was a reception following the mass in the Parish Acdtivity Center withh many of Ann's friends, neices and nephews to celebrate her long and joyful life. Ann and John Sr are the founders of Amedeo's Florist . Ann was active in the business until one year ago. She is now enjoying retirement.

I would be embarrassed to show the blog to anyone. The images on the blog home page are so blurry you might as well not even put them up. The image resolution is really low, it's just terrible. Just compare the image of the fall cleanup to the Amedeo family. Awful.

We, too, were not happy with the reproduction of the photos with this article but still needed to honor Mrs. Amedeo. One problem is the tan color of the church walls which seem to blunt the contrast. The gym photo reproduces much better. The blogger web reproduction is not the best but we work with what we can. No excuses however. We apologize and will try to improve.
