The Rev. Fr. Matthew Ischay gave a candle to Joshua Niinisto, 7, to welcome him into the Catholic Church. Fr. Ischay presided at the ceremony immediately after the 9:30 a.m. Mass on Sunday. With Joshua is his mother Michelle. He and other classmates will receive First Holy Communion in May.
