Fast from worry; Feast on God's constant presence andcare.
Fast from self-concern; Feast on compassion for others.
Fast from discouragement; Feast on hope.
Fast from idle gossip; Feast on purposeful silence.
Fast from rebelliousness and disobedience; Feast on surrenderand obedience.
Fast from fear; Feast on prayer and God's love.
Fast from smallness of heart; Feast on generosity and selfgiving.
Fast from feelings of unworthiness; Feast on the truth that\God loves you.
Fast from who others say you are; Feast on who God says\you are.
