Interval Brotherhood Home founder Father Sam Ciccolini will have to wait a while longer to find out his fate on embezzlement charges.
His sentencing in U.S. District Court in Cleveland, originally scheduled for Frday, has been postponed until October 20 at 11:45 a.m.
Ciccolini pleaded guilty earlier this week to income tax and bank-related charges involving $1-million he took from the non-profit board. His attorneys said he later paid the funds back.
Ciccolini could face a sentence of 18 to 24 months in prison. His attorneys planned to ask for a sentence of house arrest.
Ciccolini stepped down from his position as executive director at the Interval Brotherhood Home, a drug and treatment center in Coventry Township, amid the tax fraud allegations.
