Here are speakers for the EWTN family conference in Canton:

Raymond Arroyo • Host of “The World Over”
Arroyo is host and creator of EWTN’s international news magazine, “The World Over Live”, Arroyo has interrogated the leading figures of the day. Highlights include exclusive landmark interviews with the producers of the blockbuster film “Passion of the Christ” and Pope Benedict XVI: the only U.S. interview ever recorded with the pontiff.

Marcus Grodi • Host of “The Journey Home”
Grodi was baptized and catechized a Lutheran. He graduated from Case Institute of Technology with a B.S. degree in Polymer Science and Engineering. Several years later, he entered Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, where he obtained his master’s degree in Divinity and was ordained to the Protestant pastoral ministry. He struggled with various aspects of being a Protestant pastor in his nine years of ministry and converted to the Catholic faith in 1992. He is the host of EWTN’s Monday night live show, “The Journey Home.”

Dr. Ray Guarendi • Host of “The Doctor Is In”
Dr. Guarendi, who has a doctorate degree in clinical psychology, is the father of 10 adopted children. He has worked with school districts, in Head Start programs, mental health centers, substance abuse programs, in-patient psychiatric centers, juvenile courts, and in private practice. He appears once a month on Catholic Answers Live and hosts EWTN’s daily radio program “The Dr. Is In”.

Mother Assumpta Long, O.P. • Frequent EWTN Guest
Mother Assumpta Long is former prioress general of the St. Cecilia Dominicans of Nashville, Tennessee and is founder of the Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Her sisters host the EWTN Program "Truth in the Heart."

Michael P. Warsaw • President & CEO, EWTN
Warsaw is the president and chief executive officer of Eternal Word Television Network, Inc. (EWTN), the world’s largest religious media network. Prior to joining EWTN, Mr. Warsaw was employed by the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C. as the Assistant Director of Liturgy and later established the Basilica’s Department of Communications, serving as its director.

Doug Keck • Executive Vice President & COO, EWTN
Keck is chief operating officer and executive vice president, and host of “EWTN Bookmark.” He is responsible for all TV, radio and Internet programming and production.

Rob Wahl • Host of “The Roamin’ Catholic”
Rob Wahl has been performing stand up and improv comedy for over 15 years and was born and raised Roman Catholic. He combines both experiences as he travels throughout the Midwest, talking to teens, youth, and adults on the basics of the faith using comedy as a tool to understanding Catholicism. Rob met his wife of 20 years, Lisa, at Marietta College in Ohio. They have five children and live in the Columbus metro area.

Brother Leo Mary, MFVA
Brother Leo joined the Friars in 1992. Originally from Louisiana, Brother Leo grew up a Cajun Catholic. “A number of years ago, I was asked by my superior to do a TV show, which became Hey Brother Leo. I do experiments and use props that kids can do themselves and have fun with while at the same time, teach them lessons about the Catholic Faith”.
