You can feel the nip in the air, which means it's time for blanket box for the homeless of Akron. The blanket donation box will remain in the narthex throughout the cold weather months. We cannot take other donated items -- such as clothing and shoes; so please limit all donations to BLANKETS ONLY. If you prefer, you can drop monetary donations in an envelope marked "Blanket Donation" in the collection basket, checks should be made payable to Debbie Young. Debbie has great sources and can really get a lot with the cash donations. Please keep the poor and homeless in your prayers. Thank you for your generosity
