Teachers at appreciation lunch in Boeke Hall on Wednesday
“Dividends for Life” is the theme of the Catholic Schools Week and Thursday was set aside as the day to honor the dividends provided by the faculty and staff of St. Paul School.
Teachers and staff were honored at a luncheon sponsored by St. Paul PTO in Boeke Hall. There was a vase of white roses with a card asking each teacher to take one in appreciation. If you plan to visit the student classrooms for Grandparents Day on Thursday, you can offer your own “Thank you” to the teachers.The teaching staff includes Kathleen Harris, Pre-k; Deborah Dodson, kindergarten; Suzanne Inglis, Grade 1; Mary Means, Grade 2; Jessica Davis, Grade 3; Janet Hazlett, Grade 4; Shelly Pixler, Grade 5, Judson Hartman, Grade 6; Kathleen Bean, Grade 7; Sean Collins, Grade 8, Erin Bennett, Reading; Christine Ehasz, physical education/computer; Timothy Longfellow, music, and Anne Wright, Spanish. Mary Ann Dekemper is school secretary and Cheryl Childress is the librarian.
There also is a support staff for counseling, remedial instruction and health plus the cafeteria and maintenance staff.
