Mary Dudra services Wednesday

Mary Dudra (nee Musyt), 93, went home to be with the Lord on January 3, 2010.

Born in Akron on March 25, 1916 to the late Aleck and Anna Musyt, Mary spent her early years growing up in Cuyahoga Falls on Charles St. She was a graduate of Stow High School and later worked for the BF Goodrich Rubber Co.

She married her husband of 55 years, Andy in 1948. Mary was a member of the Holy Ghost Ukrainian Catholic Church as well as St. Paul Catholic Church. She was a former Coventry High School Band Parent as well as a member of the Portage Lakes AARP. Mary was a wonderful mother and was extremely devoted to her two sons.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Andy in 2003. She is survived by her sons, Ted (Jo Ann) of Green and John of Coventry; brothers, Fred (Ann) Musyt of Orville, Ohio and Bill Musyt of Akron; grandchildren, Natalie (Jeff) Cooper, Stephanie, Tina, Ashley, Jewel, and Mckenzie; great-grandchildren, Olivia and Zachary Cooper.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St, (5 blocks north of Waterloo Rd.) where a funeral service will take place at 7 p.m. Fr. Robert Stein officiating. Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery on Thursday at 10 a.m.
