From the Principal's Desk

Reprinted from the November, 2009 school calendar:

I wish the entire St. Paul community could spend some time in this very special place we call St. Paul School. The halls are decorated in the colorful fall colors from the PreK to the Third Grade. Relief maps made by the Fourth Grade students are on display, along with pastel oil paintings created by the Junior  High students, and art work depicting recent field trips.

In addition to these visually pleasing displays in the halls and the classrooms, you can hear pumpkin carols being sung from the wonderful voices of our students. Smells from the cafeteria reach up the stairwells and remind the students that lunch is being prepared. The hallways and building shine each day from the careful efforts of the custodial staff.

Outside, the trees and shrubs around the school campus are putting on their marvelous display of bright yellows, reds, and oranges. The feet of students crunch the fallen leaves as they move to recess or the-gymnasium. But most importantly you see the children of St. Paul working, playing, laughing, and praying.

I invite you to come and visit us here at St. Paul – you will be glad you did.

Also on back of the calendar was this:
