Enjoying the weather at Family Fun DayThere was food, fun and fellowship plua beautiful weather for more than 80 who attended the “300" Club/Booster Club Famly Fun Day on Sundary afternoon in the South Parking Lot, on rectory griounds and in Jenkins Gymnasium.
The event was the kick off of the 90th anniversary of St. Paul Church.
Bill Canan provided a tiger inflatable. Family basketball, volleyball and bag toss games were enjoyed by all ages. That last volleyball game became highly competitive with the High School Seniors and Juniors against the Parents, Freshmen & eioghth Graders.
Numbers were drawn for the month of June with the two special June drawings.

The May meeting discussion was primarily about a gym cleanup date in August, possibly Saturday, August 25. The next item was possibly changing the Booster Club meeting to run immediately following the PTO meeting on the third Thursday of each month. The rough idea is to have the PTO meeting begin at 6:30 p.m. and finish by 7:15 p.m. when the Booster Club meeting would begin and end by 8:p.m. at the latest. The Booster Club will discuss this at the July 26 meeting and prepare a tentative schedule for the 2009-2010 year for the rectory.
Alwo mentioned at the meeting was a possible fund raiser with T-shirts and hooded sweatshirts sales.
John Garey and Jill Joyner, as athletic directors, will continue to take phone calls and registration for any one that may have missed the sign ups for next year.
