DIVORCED, SEPARATED & WIDOWED CATHOLICS SESSION IS JUNE 22
A “Caring and Sharing” session for those who are divorced, separated or widowed will be held on Monday, June 22, Fom 7:30 to 9: p.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary’s Convent Building, 1945 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls. Victoria Kesling, LSW, case manager and therapist at Beech Brook will facilitate the session on the topic of the Desiderata, an inspirational poem. This is open and free to people of all faiths. FRED CHRIST SPAGHETTI FUND RAISER IS JUNE 20
Friends of Fred Christ are planning a benefit spaghetti dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, June 20, at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 2055 Glenmount Ave., to raise money for his medical bills. The 65-year-old St. Paul parishioner, is battling cancer that began in the colon but has metastasized to the liver, stomach and pelvis. SHROUD OF TURIN TALK IS JULY 10 AT GUARDIAN ANGELS

50th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION AT CATHEDRAL JULY 26
The annual 50h annual wedding anniversary celebration is scheduled for Sunday, July 26, 2009 at The Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist. Mass will be at 2:30 p.m.. Principal celebrant will be Bishop Richard G. Lennon. Reservations are being accepted for couples married 50 years (married in 1959). Couples who are celebrating other significant years 55 or over or have missed previous celebrations are welcome to register and attend. FIRESTONE PARK COMMUNITY CHURCH PICNIC IS AUGUST 2
